Our official logo is HERE!

Hello Classmates,

I hope everything is going well with your marketing plans. One more week to go, hang in there :)


I wanted to show you our official logo that we decided to use,


do you guys like it? any thoughts?


Also, Do you guys think that playing too much of video games is harmful? a lot of people might think that, but in a recent article by US news, they wrote about a study that says video games don't cause psychological harm to children.

    Really like the logo Bobacade! Simple and catching! As for video games creating harm to children, I would have to disagree for the general majority. When I was a kid myself along with many of my friends played violent video games such as GTA, Call of Duty, Gears of War, ect and don't feel they every made me aggressive or violent. I feel that the problem can be effective differently from person to person though. Just speaking from my own experiences.

      Thank you, and I agree most people I know have playing video games for a long time, and it wasn't harmful at all.

    I think there's definitely a difference between Arcade style-game and 1st person shooters. I believe 1st person shooters or GTA may have a more negative effect of young mind than arcade games. I think it also depends on many other factors like age, and socioeconomic background too!

    I agree with the article, I've played video games all my life for countless hours, and it didn't affect me in any way. By the way, the logo looks great!!

    Nice logo! And to answer your question, no I don't think it is harmful. I've been playing games since as long as I can remember and it has never affected me in a negative manner. But everyone is different.

      Thank you, and yea I've known people who played for a long time, and nothing happened to them, in the contrast, they say they improved in different aspect in life. e.g strategic planning, good reactions and all that.

    It is a good logo. I do not think play video game is harmful for our lives unless we have good time management.

    The logo looks great! I like how the font matches with video games theme. I think it's not harmful, but still it depends on the people. For me, I have to say that video games have affected my life in a positive way. I used to play lots of car racing games during middle school and high school. I think those games helped me in developing my driving skills.

      True, it could have a positive effect in a lot of aspects, either driving skills as you mentioned or some games need some really good strategic actions and requires some critical thinking, these all help us improve.

    The logo is adorable! in my opinion, playing lots of video games is just not good for our health. Players will have to sit in one position for a really long time(20-40mins) without getting up or moving their eyes away from the screen. With your store, i believe players will get up after a game to buy food. That will help them to move their eyes away from the screen for a while.

      Thank you!! and yes I can see your point, we will try to advocate that in our store and we might incorporate some activities that will require players to get up and actually move around rather than just sitting all the time.

    Nice logo! if i saw that from down the street i would definitely be curious and want to go there. I dont think video games are harmful as they stimulate the brain.
